Delivery 3-5 day delivery:Posten Norway use normally 3-5 working days (man.- Fri.) In peak seasons like July people must expect some more days beyond this. Normally the final deadline for packages to be delivered in Norway / Scandinavian countrys within Christmas eve will be around December 16`th. See www.posten.no for more information.
Wrong, damaged or missing items:
Should you find errors or omissions in one or more items compared to booking confirmation, please contact us as soon as you discover the error. Call customer service on tel. 479-544-1287 (09-15), or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we`ll of course correct it free of charge as soon as possible. Goods damaged during transport with Posten Norway is good at stopping and returning visibly damaged packets back to us. If you should nevertheless discover that the product and packaging have been damaged during transport, please contact Customer Service on tel. 479-544-1287 (09-15) or send an email to email@example.com and we`ll help you with the return and replacement of goods.
Packages that are not picked up by the customer will be charged a non fetched fee of NOK 350, - Outside the Nordic region and Europe the fee will be NOK 500, - + return shipping back to us.
